RASHMONI COMPUTER SAKHSARTA MISSION (RCSM) is inspired by the Government of India�s Human Resource Development Minister, Mr. Madhav Rao Scindhia who introduced the private Universities Bill for the first time in the Indian parliament in 1995.

According to J. P. Unnikrishnan Vs Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, AIR 1993 Supreme court 2178, Voluntary institutes have a right to spread education and issue Certificates/Diploma/Degree.
